    Lessons are targeted to anyone from all ages and background who can come and learn, our Sifu/Master Jung will be coming down for the first lessons starting this Sunday. Bring your friends or anyone interested is welcomed. Sometimes training will get intense and can get a little tiring. Change rooms, toilet facilities are provided. See you there!!!

    found more info on the style of kung fu it is - It's called Jow Ga Kung Fu (shaolin)
    below is a summary

    Jow Ga Kung Fu is a traditional Chinese martial art which encompasses Northern and Southern
    Shaolin Kung Fu. (Northen Shalin style focus on kick while southen Shalin focus on punch).
    Jow Ga basically combines the 2 styles.

    So there is equal emphasis on developing hand and upper body techniques as on lower body and kicking techniques. A skilled Jow Ga artist is a complete, well-rounded martial artist.

      You mean 'Dim Mak', we do teach pressure points/attack points, but not the touch of death.
