Thanks to our partnership with American Express, Card Members can get a $20 credit on their Card account when they spend $50+ at any participating restaurant from 19 September to 22 October 2017.

Sync your eligible Card, login and book at dimmi.com.au/amex, and spend $50 or more, in one transaction, in-restaurant only at participating Dimmi restaurants (participating restaurants are badged as ’Amex Spend $50 get $20’) between 19/09/2017 and 22/10/2017 to receive one $20 credit back. Limited to the first 20,000 bookings. Exclusions apply.
*Card Members can redeem the Dimmi offer multiple times (once per booking) until 20,000 bookings have been reached.

    Assuming you followed the instructions and linked your Amex to Dimmi and then made the special booking from the Dimmi site for that $50 spend deal then you will get an email pretty much instantly based on my experience on Sunday.
    As soon as we paid, we got the email.

    I used the offer 3 times recently, in every case I was emailed by AMEX within minutes of paying stating A" $20 credit is coming your way"

    Did you make sure you booked through the dimmi.com.au/amex page, made sure the retaurant has the spend $50 get $20 back and your AMEX being synced?

    It also mentions it in the booking confirmation email from Dimmi too under terms and conditions saying spend $50 on your synced card and you'll receive $20 credit.

  Anyone know how the flash sales work?

  Some restaurants have 50% off.
  I went to one today that had 15 diners spots left for the promo

  Wanted to rebook again now it's gone.

      My place that I went to only has flash Mon to thurs.
      Hence I was looking at the wrong day

    Yep, as long as you still make a spend of at least $50 on your linked card. So you need to spend at least $70 on food, get $20 off through Dimmi and Amex will then give you a further $20 off in a few days!

  Booked Lan Yuan restaurant through Dimmi which said they accepted Amex. Went to the restaurant and when it was time to pay, they told me no Amex.

      Contact them via their website. There is a live chat feature.

      I wouldn't neg this deal. Your issue was caused by a deceitful restaurant who wanted to save on merchant fees rather than Amex who run the promotion. Once you report the problem they will manually credit you the $20.
