Grey import, not local stock. DWI have a decent reputation, but like all grey importers, some people have not had good experiences, particularly when it comes to warranty claims.

This G6 model has band 28 and the quad DAC. I've had this model for a month now, and can't really fault it for the price.

Note LG G6 stock: "stock expected in warehouse 22/09".

  • Still waiting for them to ship my Blue.

    • how long ago did you order? was it in stock at time of ordering?

    • I ordered blue from them about a month ago, shipped within about 8 hours. When did you order?

      • On 15 Sept before they have this message "STOCKS ARE EXPECTED TO COME IN WAREHOUSE ON 22/09/2017"

BTW, the blue is $646 now.

        • That sucks. They have completely removed the listing for the blue colour and too.

Because Aussie love the Blue one and price increased.

        • @superforever: Ah yeah, i see it now - $80 more than every other colour :/

        • @aja12:

Finally got a message they have it shipped.

      • have you received it. does it has earphone or headphone. can you show us the pic of earphone

  • Received the LG V20 yesterday (ordered on Friday from DWI). Love the screen size, the phone is as big as my iphone 6+ but the LG screen coverage is much better. It's very quick and easy to use, camera takes pretty good photos and battery is great… good value for $350

  • looking for a decent camera phone for my wife. I don't think she'll be too bothered by many of the feature differences but is the G6 that much better than the v20 in terms of camera performance (especially low light)? Definitely trying to keep cost as low as possible but the false economy of buying her affordable xiaomi phones in the past that she bitterly complains about has burned me!

    • +1

sounds familiar, having moved from otherwise good redmi note3 ;)
now using v20 bought from dwi a few weeks ago - large size may be acquired taste, but great all else.
photos are superb in good light, and pretty good in low light using google-camera-hdr+ app (the one driving google's top phones)… and the manual controls are good too.
also, removable battery is a plus as is the great sound thru headphones!

Yes indeed! The Redmi 3 pro she's currently using is attracting lots of curses even though it's a great phone. The removable battery is certainly a plus. The review I read seem to suggest the G6 shades the v20 a little on the camera but the latter is still a very good camera (or cameras..with the wide angle).

  • .
I'm looking to get the new LG V30 instead of the S8+ (mainly because of the camera) but LG prices seem to collapse after 6 months more so than Samsung
the OzBargain S8+ price today under $700 is very good (ok it wasn't that cheap 4 or 5 months ago) just want to try it in store and read some proper reviews first, wondering what the LG V30 will OzBargain for

    • If you wish to resell it, LG phones are not the way to go. Wait for a 1yr-ish, it'll be in the $400 bracket.

  • LG V20 for $350 is ridiculously cheap..

  • hmm buy the V20 or pay the extra and get the G6, I keep my phones for at least 2 years so $100 difference isn't much over that time.

    • Coming from a V20 user, it's a damn good phone. If you don't need the removable battery & infrared feature(which i use alot), G6 sounds like the better choice.

      • went with the V20, have never owned an LG phone, only hear tales about bootloops BUT seems like a lot of phone for $360.

        • Before the V20, i was using the G4 which was a bootloop galore topic. But hey…i was able to use it for 1.5yr without issues and now it's my backup phone. Enjoy it, you will love it. Best value for money and hard to move away from the features that it offers.

  • Getting "This code can't be applied to your order"

      MAYBE IN CAPITAL

      • No luck. I'm trying to buy the v20

        • I GOT G6 AND IT WORKED FOR ME

        • V20 worked for me?

  • i've received mine today. bloody express shipment. now waiting for cover and tempered glass protector.

    • doesn't the v20 come with a factory installed screen protector as well?
