      Classic example of buyer bullying -

      They ordered more than what was permitted. Feel bad for the seller, this shouldn’t result in negative feedback.

        I think the seller can apply to get the neg removed, that's what happened with the Dyson original deal when someone said they couldn't use a coupon and left a neg.

          I’ve done it before when a buyer said they never received their item, didn’t contact me, just left negative feedback.
          I had proof they did and called eBay and they removed it.
