    hmm hope gearbest arent going to be folded as a company and all orders not honoured… I havent had my last 3 orders appear from them as yet and it's been almost 3 weeks

      Did you use the free or lowest cost shipping? I've never had a Gearbest order using that option arrive within 3 weeks. For the free shipping, expect 4-6 weeks. The Australia Priority Line shipping option can sometimes arrive in 3, but that's a shipping upgrade.
      I've probably done 40+ orders from Gearbest and never had an order not turn up. One of the reasons I like them is that you can save on shipping if you're not in a hurry but there's lots of upgrade options you can choose depending on how much extra you're willing to pay and how fast you want your order.

        I bought a laptop from Gear-best less than 2 weeks ago and it arrived yesterday afternoon - it was my first purchase from them and i couldn't believe how quick it got here

          If they have stock on hand, usually it'll take around 2 weeks (which is quite rare). However, if they have to order from elsewhere (which is often the case) it'll take about a month! You are one of the lucky one! :)

      I had my mi box lost in mail.ordered three months ago and they made me wait 3 months to then say, they will only provide me partial refund because I didn’t by insurance

        Sorry to rub it in, but you knew ahead of time when you ordered, right? You takes your chances and sometimes the bet doesn't pay. BBB files indicate a pattern of complaints concerning customer service, shipping and billing practices of Gearbest.com.

          @AlexF: not acceptable at all. Just because I bought from them doesn't mean it's acceptable for it to get lost in mail. Not good on the part of shipping company either.
