I find it odd you didn't post Kraft cheddar cheese at $1? It's gotta be better then that winey tasting cider…

Yeah that's pretty cheap. I'll add it to the OP. Thanks.

    • It's a box of processed cheese, not even in the fridge it's so long lasting. I had a look today. I gave the cheese a skip. What's not listed, is last weeks special of 4 pack cascade ginger beer is still 99c, past BB though (like most of nqr products)

      • Lol, before refrigeration was a big thing they still needed cheese, plus good for those that travel in once a month and buy bulk for cupboard.

I get what your saying about processed but your comparing it to a food for a different purpose.

        • no one has "needed" cheese. I'm sure someone will buy it, but it seems better that you go for more natural stuff unless you desperately need you to throw cheese in ur lugguge.

@cloudy: dairy farmers did, it's how they made money lol.

Pizza makers have lol anyway I'll stop being silly.

I used to know a family that lived the way I said, you can even get butter in a can ect.

    • Who cut (price) the cheese?

  • I am so jealous of you guys with NQR

It's great if you don't mind past BB.

        Or weird flavours.

  • Does anyone know what NQR currently charge for butter please?

    • +1

They only have butter if it's overstocked. They don't always have butter at my local.

The only product I see every time I go back is eggs. I reckon every other product shifts.

      • Thanks. In NSW the cheapest 250g butter in Coles and Woolworths and ALDI and IGA is $2.65.

  • Nice to see the good old Kraft. They seem to have been replaced by some DairyLea equivalent in Coles and Woolies.

  • I wonder if they will open on Friday (public holiday here in Vic)
