Maybe live there for a bit and determine if you see value in getting them?

I've heard they stop at level 29, so you should be ok.

Yeah but some of them are ambitious … or innumerate.

      • won't they suffer from the ear popping due to atmospheric pressure ?

ohh wait, do they even have ears ?

        • They have antennae instead.

You'll be fine as WatchNerd said. To paraphrase George Costanza, we have a deal

  • Believe it or not flies suffer from acrophobia and will not fly above 29 floors so you don't need them

Are you trying to keep the flies in or out?

    • Check for prohibited items actually.

Well how high does the elevator go? They are probably too lazy to take the stairs.

There have been some howlers on here today.

    • I'm glad you got a buzz out of it.

Chem trails much more potent that high. Don't use a flyscreen, brick up all your windows permanently.

  • Definitely Moths. If you go up to the top of the city skyscrapers, there'll be moths attracted to the bright lights at the top.

How does a flyscreen keep dust out?

    • i don't know.

after a while, the flyscreen always clogged with dust.

maybe dust stick to the flyscreen ?

  • What about pollen? That would cause more damage if you acquire hayfever.

  • Depends where you live. I live in similar situation in cbd and there are no mosies

  • wind will be your main issue if you have an open balcony.

That's exactly what I would say if I were from Tassie.

  • We use sheers rather than fly screens for our windows, seems to keep most of the bugs out and allows our kitties access. However we only have a two storey place. Make sure your place is accident proof for people and animals.

  • I am guessing that you have not been mountain climbing or hiking at high altitude?

  • Live there an find out. Every area is different!
