Double data add on for the$5 one day 4GB option now you get 8GB. Also the one next to it $7 2GB also doubles to 4GB.
Can't find it on the website only in the my Vodafone app. Only Friday to Sunday.

I'm on the long expire option with my$30 starter pack and just use it to buy data add-on. Which works out at a fairly good price.

You actually get at least a day and half, say you get it 9am Friday morning it doesn't expiry until Saturday midnight.

Hope this helps some people, after data. They had the $3 one which expired in Aug, wish I knew about it early as that's perfect for weekend download and browsing. This is good for streaming.

I use this in between other cheap data options Kogan ovo Optus.

    Be careful … there are different $5 options. (The deal works not for the $5 28 days 500MB option … only works for the short expiry options mentioned in the post).

  Did anyone get charged a few dollars in the main balance for using the data after added the data add on? My balance was near0 when this happened and took me 2 months to take the money back and had to go through tio

  Voda should just give the 20% off recharges that you can buy off supermarkets. Encourage customer loyalty!

    You notice that they no longer do discount on recharge cards anywhere? They do cheap starter packs. It's about new customer acquisition not rewarding their current customers!!

      That is a clear message for existing customers to move on.
      Telcos prefer to spend money attracting new customers and not take their of their existing ones
      causing them to churn to other operator (T not counted as they are always expensive) and MVNOs.
      I can't see the logic here, really.

  Same thing happenes,no bonus, but called them and confirmed and added munally for me. I think it just came out so there's glitches in the system.

    I got the $5 for 8.
    The offer also there forthe $7 but didn't have enough credit for that one.
    I had to call twice atually, as the 4gb didn't come through after the first call. Now they gave me additional 8gb and an extra day.

  UPDATE - Bonus data arrived without me doing anything 16 hours after purchase. Fine with me, I hate having to go through support calls.
