First time post, apologies if not correct.

Went to Woolworths looking to get a pre paid starter kit for my iPad. Saw this sticker on their pre paid wall "Vodafone $$50 triple punch sim for $20".

It didn't mention which type (10gb Wireless Broadband 180 day expiry or 12gb Mobile 35 day expiry) so took both to the counter and they both scanned at $20. Got the 180 day expiry one.

This was at Woolworths Box Hill, not sure if its store specific but they had plenty of stock. Purchased on Sunday 15/10/2017.

      $20 for 12GB (35 days) vs $5 for 3GB (28 days). Both are $1.67/GB.

      edit: Those 3GB labelled packs will actually activate with 9GB, so $0.56/GB.

        Yeah there's no 3GB plans any more, they being $50 starter kits that were from HN would activate on exactly the same $50 12GB Data Combo plan for 35 days. No difference. I mean it has $50 credit, same thing.

        That 9GB data is the $40 plan so you made a mistake there, but this is a $50 starter kit so 12GB data activation.

      Read OPs post again, this has 10GB with 180 day expiry. I bought one yesterday from local Wollies. Had no sticker, discount only showed up at counter. Thanks OP!

    Hey was at Woolworths bought the “$50 Voda Starter Pack” for $20.

    It says “This SIM works in all phones, tablets and modems”

    Does this mean if I put in my iPad the deal for 10Gb data on the website for 180 days applies?

    Thoughts?

      When you activate it asks you which plan you want to go on.

        Just called Vodafone. It is the in correct SIM. Need to return and purchase the online SIM for $25. The offer expires today for $25 and 10Gb data for 180 days.
