  It's a bargain if either:
  a) you use 'Pickup In Store'
  b) you're buying somehing worth more than $40

  because House regularly have a Free Delivery offer, and flat-rate delivery is $10

  When I say worth more than $40, you should definitely check the House price vs. competitors for the item(s) you're looking at.

  I have never seen a House store which wasn't covered with posters advertising huge sales. So "up to 80% off Sitewide" is quite literally the usual retail practice for this franchise.

  I'm not saying there aren't any bargains, but this franchise has rightly earned skepticism related to "sales".

    This is what google is for. I regularly look up prices online when shopping to see if I can get price matches so I don’t have to wait for postal delivery.
