      late update, but mine was received on the 28/10/17. registered the 1 year warranty online with the id fine.

      Although customer service is not great, shopmonk have delivered the goods and im happy with my iphone :)

  I ordered iphone 8 256 space grey on 26 Sept but not received anything.
  I've opened a dispute with paypal on 1 November and no response from Shopmonk at all.
  Waited for 4 days, still no reply from them, escalated to Paypal. Hopefully can get my money back.
  What a pain, putting too much hope and wasted more than a month with something never came through.
  Never buy from Shopmonk again! Avoid it at total cost.

  Me too - ordered late Sep, promised 3 different delivery dates. Only responded 10% of the time to push out the date, which invariably ends up being missed. Scammer, has had 1K of my money for 2 months without paying one cent of interest. A good way to generate some cash if you have cash flow issues. I agree, they should be banned and reported to a regulatory body.

  I have now lodged dispute with PayPal - hopefully will get my money back soon as I had to go buy a new phone from apple which is very painful for a OZer but the only option as I needed one today.
