      Lower res is better in my books. Who needs QHD on a 6" screen? Most TVs out there are 1080x1024 and they are 50"….. Just a waste of CPU power pushing that many pixels that you cant see, and a waste of battery life!

        You can see the difference, especially on a 6" screen. I agree QHD may not be necessary, but at least 1080p would be nice (720p is a sin)

    If you are buying a mobile phone from UMIDIGI company be ready to regret as hell when you receive your mobile phone.At least it happened in my case.
    Main problems are
    1. In pics/advertisements you can see mobile as slim and sexy but when its in your hand its as thick as brick.
    2. Touch responsiveness is so poor that you will be frustrated when you text/chat with someone.
    3. Display is too pooor, feels like really cheap.
    4.No updates, not even security updates.
    I am talking about this phone.

    You can go to their UMI forum to see the problems faced by their mobile phones.

      There is the old "you get what you pay for" term that applies…… Its a $200 phone, its never going to be as nice as a $500 phone!

        I know you get what you pay for. Actually I bought Meizu phones in same price range and got very good quality phones. But this brand disappointed me a-lot. It was the worst experience.

      I've got the UMI Z that I bought at the start of the year, and it's not anything like your ridiculous blanket assertions above, it's a terrific phone.

    I just received this phone today.

    Camera is terrible :(

    Screen is difficult to adjust so everything works well with one setting

    I can only watch youtube vids at 720p :(

    im going to sell it on ebay.

    Can anyone recommend an awesome chinadroid for 300 and under?

    If the camera was better I would of kept it.
