      Drone was not charging when I have reached out for the refund they were asking me to get it repaired by the local shop. Don't think that they have long term view on the customer experience .

        Just tell them you couldn't find a local shop to repair it ask them to send a new one.

  Just me $0.02, but if its a cheap drone you're after, you could try the JJRC H43WH which they had on special last month and is around the same price point. I bought one, and it seems pretty good for the price … just doesn't fly if there's a slight bit of wind blowing around.
