Every time you use your card on eligible purchases from 17 October until 31 December 2017 you could earn extra bonus points.

In order to start boosting your points you will need to register. All you need to do is SMS the last 4 digits of your credit card to 0447 174 641 using your HSBC registered mobile number.

If you don't have an HSBC Credit a card you can get one with 60k bonus QFF points and $199 annual fee with this deal

There's also a targeted 50% bonus deal and you can't register for both.

      I think the 50% is targeted while the 20% is open to all card holders.

      Customers registering for 20% extra point campaign won’t be eligible for 50% extra points offers promoted for same period.

  • You will need to save a copy of the email and write down the date you register. I was invited to the 50% bonus points previously for the June to July period and they did not credit the bonus points as advised on 31/8/17. I called their CS two times on the phone and they did not believe me that HSBC had that offer for card holders.

    They refused to entertain customers who emailed in through their personal email to enquire and requested that your registered as internet banking user first before they discussed with you. Their online query system is a s##t system as you are unable to save a copy of your query sent to them. You can't even attach your document in your online query to them.

    When they finally require documents, they will ask you to send it through your personal email to them WTF - when they can't even accept my queries through my personal email but willing to accept my documents through it.

    When dealing with them, they are arrogant and always say they are correct even without checking first with the promotion team or sales team about the offer. So be very very careful and keep records when dealing with this bank

      for the ****** who neg me - wait until you encounter an issue with them. If you want to neg me, at least give your reasons otherwise you are a ******* for giving a neg without a valid reason or you are a coward - afraid that if you provide a comment you will be neg.
