Price will obviously be sharper with a % off sale (and I'm sure someone will use this deal as an example in their post), but a 50% discount is a very good price for these guys :)

WA appears to be sold out of the $30 vouchers (sad panda), hopefully they re-stock it soon

All we had when I was a kid was Plaster Fun House. :(

Luxery; we just had fairy bread, a sponge cake and Noddy's lemonade.

      • Don't know fairy bread! Best thing about kids parties :)

        • Wouldn't pass muster now days, though. If you haven't got a unicorn that farts rainbows you will get dissed by the other kids parents.

        • @try2bhelpful:

I still make it for every party lol

        • @Spackbace: admit it, you don't necessarily wait for a party to make it - do you?

        • @try2bhelpful:

          I do…

          @Spackbace: hmmm. I will believe you :)

My mother decided to make our own marshmallows one year. They wouldn't set and we had great fun squashing them between our hands where they made a splodgy mess.

The first thing that pops up on google when I search 'Plaster Fun House" is this

I can see why you feel deprived

  • whats a normal bear cost though? More than $30?

    • $18, that's naked though, no clothes.

We got our girls the $18 ones a few years back. They rip the clothes off them anyway. But they go everywhere with them, are cuddled at night etc etc. Pretty cute :)

  • $18 for basic bear. their clothes cost more than mine though!!

Any idea if you could use the $30 voucher towards a $50 bear and just pay the difference? (I'm sure it' in the small print but I didn't bring my microscope!)

Yes you can, it's just simply $30 to use in store like a gift voucher. From memory they can't be combined though (have to do separate orders)

  • What are the upgrades for the entire party of 8 kids?
I think they'd feel a bit ripped off with a naked bear… And I wouldn't want to be shelling out another $30 per kid for clothes on the day …

    • This is a good deal and well worth it for only $89 for 8 kids. We bought the package earlier in the year and decided not to go with an upgrade package. They all had a great time and were happy with just getting the naked bear. The kids could then buy their own clothes and accessories if they wanted. We ended up spending about $40 more on a couple of outfits for our daughters bear (that's where they make all the money).

  • is this picture photoshopped?

    • In what way?

    • absolutely… in reality, the parents look way more bored

  • What is the actual difference in the codes for diff states? Really wanted a WA one but they sold out already :( do they actually restock these?

    • It's now $24 for $30 credit :/ See here
Use code BOO to get it for $21.60

      • What!! That's a bit crap :( hope this doesn't mean it's the end of the $15 for $30 credit :(
