    The special may be for 1.8kg not 2.3kg? The screenshot shows $9.49 without weight, and now showing as $9.49 for 1.8kg on woolies website, for NSW at least.

      Today in Woolies Leichhardt in NSW, there were 3 Pepe's ducks on sale:
      * Lots of 2.5 kg ducks for $12.99 (bought one)
      * Only one 2.3 Kg duck for $11.99 (i.e. this deal) (bought last one)
      * A medium amount of 1.8 kg ducks for $9.49 (didn't buy, not enough empty freezer space for 3 ducks!)

      So this Woolies basically had all 3. They're a fairly similar price per kilo, so personally I wouldn't stress too much which type of duck your local store has.

    The Caringbah NSW store had heaps (literally) of the 2.3 kg and 1.8 kg in different freezer locations.
