Well, the pen itself is a toy I expect. Can use it to make all sorts of wobbly things using it. Wobbly flower, wobbly tree, wobbly butterfly - just three examples shown on the site. Who knows what you could make?
Thing is, you can choose from a wide range of various colours of PLA spools. I chose "Luminous Green" so my wobbly things will glow in the dark. Might try using this to make some wobbly stars for the kids bedrooms. Or wobbly aliens. Or scary (but still wobbly) clowns. I have no idea. Anyhow, Aldi are selling spools of PLA for $35, so that makes the pen worth maybe $15? Shipping is included, by the way, and they are based in Vic. Assuming the pen is rubbish, at least I'll still have the spool I can use when/if I ever buy a real printer.
