    Do you know if your headphones local or grey import? I got my WH-1000XM2 very promptly but not sure if they're domestic or grey stock - the box has TRA registration on it, which is related to the Telecommunications regulator for UAE (https://www.tra.gov.ae/), and has ae URLs on the box.

      As I have said on this post, all our stock are official local stock. You can call Sony Australia and provide them with the serial number and they will confirm with you.
