Doesn't sound like BOSE will cover warranty.
They do if it's genuine. You can tell if they connect to the Bose app. I bought mine from the link and it's the real deal.
@InfiniteKnots: They only guarantee warranty coverage if it's an authorised reseller. Ie if you buy from somewhere like Best buy even though it's in the US warranty is covered by Bose. If you buy from any non-authorised reseller such as Shopmonk (and I beleive PC Byte falls under this category) the warranty is covered by the reseller. Meaning they don't need to use authentic parts to repair and the repairs aren't necessarily covered.
@dizzle: Nah I saw someone replied that they contacted bose about what you're saying, and they responded that if it's genuine they'll warranty it. Look at the post edit in the link from the previous deal lolol

I've seen stories from brands including Bose and Apple that both have international warranties, but turn away people for not purchasing from authorised resellers. The phrase I used was "they will not guarantee Warranty", and legally they don't have to, even with the e-mail you have shown.
Go to a Bose store and they won't cover that warranty, call their call centre and they may or may not.
I bought from them as well but they haven't sent anything yet(or they forgot to update ebay shipping) and ebay said i should get them by the 24-25th…
They won't reply to any of my messages(That I have sent from last week) so I might just have to do a paypal dispute or charge back and buy from Myers.
Has anyone got MYER stores to price match?

I have the qc25s Which are excellent but these do have superior audio quality. Also the new ones have google assistant programmed.
Is that true? I thought the sound quality was pretty much the same, but the noise cancellation has improved just enough.
Why are these so popular? Seems expensive for a set of headphones! But im curious. Can you use them on the pc?
These are one of the best Bluetooth ANC headphones u can buy. They are also the most comfortable headphones I have ever worn, I could listen to them all day without getting head fatigue. And yes they work on PC if u have a Bluetooth adaptor.
