I’ve noticed the receipt when ordering via the app doesn’t include a store number. Is there anywhere you can find a list of store numbers?
ask them for receipt at the pay window
my local tells me they can't provide one if i prepay on the app with card/paypal, from memory ordering on the app but then paying with cash or card at pay window i can get one shrug
Must vary from store to store.

Havent really used this for a couple of years. I notice they hardly ever give me receipts, all the receipts i had , the ink disappears on them within 6 months, and also i find stores are just a bit difficult to deal with when it comes to this deal.
i have been using this for years and rarely fill in the survey i just use a random number but yesterday i was served by a manager who said there's a commination to the code and typed some stuff from the receipt into the calculator on his phone and said the number wasn't valid LOL
Anyone else have their code checked ? and any one know the companion to validate it using a calculator ?
The code is usually 5 digits long, and I think it is that when you add the digits together, it is a multiple of 3
My local often aren’t accepting the survey anymore for free chips and drink - they instead have a ‘spin the wheel’ thing that you spin for a possible prize (about half of the slots on the wheel are for no prize).
Happened again to me tonight… they refused to accept my completed survey for free chips and drink, even though they still have a sign at the drive-thru window advertising the free chips and drink from completing the survey, and their receipts are still advertising it on them too (I pointed out both to staff but they still wouldn’t accept).
Won a decent prize from the wheel (wicked wings go bucket) but would still much rather the guaranteed chips and drink each time (had to go in store to spin too, they wouldn’t allow it in drive-thru.)
Anyone else here have this ‘spin the wheel’ at their local and having staff no longer accept the survey?
I used to do it when the app had pay at the counter as an option, for the past year plus the app is online payment only. Since then the store is telling me online orders cannot get physical reciepts, so I have missed out on so many free drinks and chips because of this.
How are you meant to redeem this offer if you are using the app and paying online?
Use the receipt on your app. The only problem if you need to know the store code (which is only on the physical receipts).

In all the stores in Victoria I have been to every staff member I have ever dealt with as been awesome, and accepted the receipt with no problems. No issue redeeming the voucher, even when quite old. It's a great deal. Sometimes they even give the receipt back to me,
