Huge difference in price between the V8 and V6.
Is it worth the difference?
No. It works the same. Suction power's the same in normal mode. Only big difference is the battery life. For casual spot cleaning, just get the V6.
I beg to differ, the V8 is better but that’s my opinion.
@Izefyre: I reckon battery life makes a huge difference, for a small townhouse, you could do a whole house clean in 1 go with the V8. Bin empty function also greatly improved. That said, the current price difference is still too great and probably not worth it just yet.
I bought v8 for $636 through Dyson Ebay 2 days back, anyone has any experience with returns with Dyson Ebay. It got delivered today and is unopened. I wish to return that and get this one to save a few $$$. thanks in advance

Thanks. Saved me $79 as the only reason I wanted the plus was the flexi crevice tool. Mattress thing is useless to me, and I'll survive without the accessory bag. Might get the up top thingo later
