Also can't be upgraded with points either, as I recently discovered! Fantastic price though you fly there on their old A332's from MEL which IMO are quite squishy in economy, compared with their A333's which I find far more comfortable.

  Only for a limited time. The A380s are taking over from March 2018 with daily service to Singapore (QF 35). There will also be additional daily flight operated by the A332s (QF 37) that departs later in the day.

    Yep, to align with their new route to Europe. AU > SIN > EU which bypasses DBX (Possibly a weakening in the Emirates/QF alliance) which IMO is great as I simply love the SIN QF lounge!
