I stumbled onto this deal as I was putting in a purchase for a Gear S3 which I expected to be $599 RRP but was pleasantly surprised to see it discounted by $100

Thanks to fellow Ozbargain champion Arch1818 (Kind enough to supply me one of the ANZ $240 off vouchers)
So nabbing a Gear S3 for $259 couldn't have made me any happier! :)

There might be some good deals to be had. Bear in mind while a lot of the recent Ebay sales are cheaper, A lot would have been grey import stock.

    For NSW people (ie no access to an anz code), Frontier is cheaper at Bing Lee $449 (OW price match $426.55).

    I too, would really appreciate a code, but for those who can't afford the regular price without this generous discount code (like myself), DWi and eGlobal are both (not surprisingly) $365 for the Frontier https://www.dwidigitalcameras.com.au/catalogsearch/result/?q… + https://www.dwidigitalcameras.com.au/catalogsearch/result/?q… (grey) - but what is the major difference with Grey imports of this, apart from warranty and convenience? Also. what are the feelings of these guys, in terms of reliability/integrity?
    Kogan and DSE are $439, but will sometimes be included in 20% ebay deals, also grey.
    A voucher would really be appreciated, but feedback on these other options also appreciated from a very informed OzB community!

      I read somewhere that if you need to use Samsung Pay it won't work with imported Gear S3's.

      But if you don't need that function, I'd say go for it.

        Much like taking calls through my dying Gear S2 - hardly used, but nice to have… and the feature that triggered the ANZ promo credit… I saw that too, and saw a page declaring it DID support it (which makes me think it doesn't). hmmm.. I really would have expected the price to drop more for a 2016 model, esp. with the Gear Sport released, but maybe they decided what's good for the Apple…. ;(

    Ladies and gents, Seeing as the ANZ promotion is over, It's unlikely there will be many unused vouchers lying around.
    Though, you may just get lucky as the voucher expiry is good till Jan 2018.

    If you're taking the grey import route $342.00 is pretty cheap if you don't need to use Samsung Pay on the watch.
