wth is cruise control on a keyboard?

    • +2

You turn on cruise control, press the key once, and the keyboard will automatically spam that key. Great for letting people on msn know that you're sleepy i.e. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

…because holding down a key is often quite tiring

  • I have this keyboard, it's pretty good. Lots of macro programmable keys, good feel to the actual key press and simple installation with decent software.

  • Not that much of a bargain, must be getting phased out, $ 73 from Gamedude, has been for a while
    http://www.gamedude.com.au/prod_show.php?art_no=keyMIx6_side…

  • Great price considering its delivered. $72+ everywhere else.

  • Site says $91.95 Save $71.04 (44%)… where can you buy it for $64.95??

do you have to use the link? the link is broken from work..

    • RRP $147.99 $64.97

look closer at the rrp , next to it is the actual price ie 64.97

      • ok my bad there is 2 versions.. the 65 dollar one is the OEM the 91 dolalr is the boxed one it seams…
and you do need to use that link to find it…

  • This keyboard is okay. The big problem with it is the small 'Esc' key positioned above the macro keys instead of the ~ key. Makes for an unnatural move of the left hand when trying to reach it. Does get in the way and is noticeable in general use. Otherwise not that bad.

  • Currently using this keyboard, bought for about $80 at ARC probably a year back.

Its a great keyboard, i would definitely recommend it.

But if i were to buy a keyboard now with the same functionality I would grab a Logitech G110.

  • How does it compare with the G15, i mean G15 has tons of more features but the key responsiveness and touch typing friendliness. MY brother wants my G15 now and I got mine from the ebay promotion so ~$60

    • My G15 died the other day! RIP A, Z, 2 & F1 keys!!! :(

      • sad to hear..a tragedy..then again a chance to get the G19 if you have the moolah!

I'm planning to try some risky lifesaving surgery on it when I get a chance! I'm not optimistic though, and Logitech don't sell any prostheses to help resurrect it either! I might even use Monty Python's machine that goes 'bing' to put me in a surgical frame of mind! :)

Failing the success of that I'm just waiting for Steady Eddie to have a sale at Fluidtek on a weekend that I'm down there! ;)
