Hi Jamesx, we've done everything we can to get the highest rates for Ali but unfortunately they have reduced rates to us. We've now managed get Ali back up to 4% (up from 2.5%) as of this morning after a lot of work!
AE prices tend to be higher across the board compared to GB now, don't see any point shopping there anymore. AE customer service are also just liars (they say they'll look into the case for you and will contact you tomorrow/a few days later but never do. 4 out of 4 separate cases for me.)
I concur that GB customer service is far superior to Ali E (inspite all negs of GB in OzB)

@Agret: Hi Agret. It's obviously nowhere near 11%, but please note we've increased Gearbest from 0.6% to 1.5% (existing customers) and 1.8% to 3.0% (new customers) until the end of November.
@ahc99: Is there a way to redirect cashrewards link to GB app? This can be done for AliExpress but for GB, it redirects to GB normal website.
@Agret: for GB try topcashback. Limited time promo rates of 6% for new customers and 4% for existing when I bought some stuff last night

The initial 4% cashback was well-received before being reduced to 3%, and then a paltry 0.05%.
Not even a month later and its vanished without a word…?

Hey there check. When you click My Account/Settings/PayPal, you should see this (with blue PayPal button). If not, you may have something blocking it (AdBlock maybe, or some other weird 3rd party addon). If you're using FF, please try Chrome and see how you go. paypal payout doesn't work with cashrewards, at least i never got it to work. Tried multiple solutions, more then you suggest, and emailed back and forth with support and the only response was "try again" or being told it's paypal's fault when it was the cashrewards website that would always, always freeze and hang and never process, it wasn't paypal.
I had to use bank transfer unfortunately.
It's something you guys seriously need to look at.

What happened to the ASOS deal from last night?
Hi k. The offer was sent to us by our affiliate partner earlier in the week. We had it up live on site at 2:30am, and was due to go out in our newsletter today. Thankfully, we've been able to remove it before the send. You may have noticed also that PP communicated the very same offer to its members this morning via their newsletter.
Either ASOS set the coupon up incorrectly, or we weren’t meant to be told of the offer in the first place. Although disappointing for members and us alike, we can do nothing more than apologise. Issues such as these are not things we take lightly and we'll definitely be chasing this through with ASOS & our affiliate partner on Monday. Have a lovely weekend :)
