      60Hz is normal for modern "4k" panels and the baseline for old stuff of all sized/resolutions.
      TN panels have a hard rap by "enthusiasts" mostly because of crazy colour shifts when looking at the screen from any angle other than straight ahead.
      Know-it-alls might also claim TN panels have bad colour accuracy (vs IPS) and/or bad contrast (vs VA) but this a even wider generalisation and often outright wrong. When looking straight ahead some TN panels can be better than either.
      400 bucky is cheap price tho…

      There are currently no 4K displays that have a refresh rate above 60Hz.

      Sorry. Misread the description earlier.

      Definitely only 8-bit.

      Does support 4 inputs (DisplayPort, HDMI 2.0, VGA and Dual Link DVI) though, and Picture-in-Picture / Picture-by-Picture.
