    When I click the Order Status link via email it tells me to login and it keeps loading…

    Can't even sign in from the Nike website. I've tried on multiple different devices.

    Unsure if me or if Nike, such a big company, can't manage their website.

      Mine are sitting as "In progress" still. I had to disable my ad blockers to get the Nike site to play well with my browser. Edit: Seems a bit weird still, no orders showing for me.
      Edit 2: Managed to log in again and it's still on In Progress.

          I actually ordered the $88 one and this. Went online chat and they said "order is shipped" hence cannot cancel…but status still shows Preparing for Shipment :(

          Just got an email saying shipped.
          Check the status and they actually shipped it on 13th from Netherland but only send a shipping notification when it hit Sydney today. Must be a marketing ploy to make you feel delivery is fast post email.

          Yeah, mine got to Sydney yesterday according to the tracking that I got off the live chat. No shipped email though as I don't think it was scanned through yet.

        • I hope so. The estimated delivery was between yesterday and next week some time. Guess they are probably extra busy at the moment. I was more hoping they weren't going to do a mass-cancel, since the price jumped so high the next day.

    CBA charged me $2.4 for international transaction fee… I remember I was using the site that cashrewards redirected.

      This is Nike's fault for failing to disclose the location of their payment processing center. I contacted Nike live chat and complained. In the end, they refunded me the international transaction fee.

          Got some really interesting replies from Nike.

          When I asked about the international transaction fee, one of Reps called She answered as follows.

          In order for us to give you wide range of selection, we do leverage our packages in the largest warehouse in Europe. Since you were unaware of this fee, I am going to request a refund for this fee. Your refund will be processed and submitted to you original form of payment. Your finacial institution will be able provide the exact date when they'll make the funds available. Finally, please remember that your financial institution will charge this fee on future orders.

          Thank you for sending the screen shot. I will now request to refund the international transaction fee charged as a one time courtesy. Please remember that your financial institution will charge this fee on future orders.

          And when I asked about how to prevent this fee and She replied.

          You need to coordinate with your bank.

          Well I am now speechless. Take caution for future buying.

          Just remember that the people on the service desk may have no idea about our consumer protection laws in Australia. So ensure you challenge them on it.

    Mine turned up today (order status says “waiting to ship”).
    To my eyes they’re so bleeding ugly they’re going back as soon as the status turns to “shipped”

          My Flyknits arrived, but had a pair of soccer boots which are stuck on shortage. Received an email a couple of days ago giving me a refund and stating that they were unable to deliver…but the live chat rep said it's still coming.

    Got mine today, very comfortable, a touch on the small size and I allowed an extra half size (seems to be a narrow shoe even by nike standards). Hopefully they will stretch out a little.

    • Yeah, they are narrow.. that for me is fine as I am a female, so I chose my normal size in them. :) I reckon they will stretch out a little though.

  • Keep an eye out for defects. Pain in the a** to get exchanges.

    Finally got them after 2 weeks. Ordered my usual size but they are too narrow. Will be returning them.

    Online chat says they will give me a 20% code. Negotiated to get the Flyknit sent for $80 they said yes but don't have my size.

    I received mine Thursday last week. I also managed to convince them to refund me the difference to 79.99, even though I paid $123.

    I have a narrow foot so the shoe is wearable for me, but only just. Must be uncomfortable/unwearable for others.

  • I purchased the $89 and this one when this deal went live.

    I returned shipped the $89 one. Wasn’t provided a receipt at AusPost because girl at the counter said it’s return postage paid so no receipt/tracking is provided…

    Got 2 emails from Nike on 27th saying they’ve received it and will process refund in 2 business days.

    Nothing on my bank account, chatted Nike and they said they didn’t receive the product at their warehouse! Wtf! No idea how I got a return item received confirmation email despite them saying they didn’t via chat!

    Any help will be appreciated

      To be honest, Nike has the worst return system and waiting time I ever experienced; taking forever and require you to contact them a couple of times to push them to do their job!! I recommend you to email them and request your money back as they have already emailed you that they received your return parcel. It is not your fault that they are not capable of doing their job and handling a pair of shoe in their non-efficient system.

      Kind of the same story here:
      - Purchased the $79.99 one.
      - Returned it using a return barcode sent from Nike on Oct 20. Not provided a lodgment receipt at AusPost as their system could not do that with the Nike barcode.
      - Got 3 emails from Nike, 2 on Oct 29th, another one on 30th saying they’ve received it and will process the refund within 2 business days.
      - Nothing on my Paypal account, emailed Nike yesterday:
      "Got the below email from you 8 days ago. Just wondering why I have not received the PayPal refund yet. The below email date back to a week ago while you promised 2 business days for the refund."
      - received the following reply today!!!:

      Hello,

      I know how important it is to have an update for the refund of your order and we thank you for reaching us about your order.

      As we checked here, the return was approved and done processing for the item that you have returned and as we are seeing here, the amount on your order is still in process and since it is still in process, what I will do here is to escalate this to our team to check on what happened to the amount on your order and you will be contacted again within 3 to 5 business days via e-mail.

        • Contacted Nike 4 times (Live chat, email and phone), promised to get the refund ASAP but no refund yet. Ended up opening a PayPal dispute today.

    After a month of waiting😟, I finally contact Nike today about my order and got told that one of item I placed was out of stock at the time of purchase😕.
    And now they just going to refund my order😒.
