    We acknowledged wrong item was sent by mistake but you didn't want to return the item for full refund. Instead wanted $400 refund on $800 items.

    PayPal rejected your claim, not Shopmonk. We gave you option of full refund but you didn't want to return.

      And you also asked for unused phone which was also not possible.
