Possibly Gold Coast post codes only. I’ve tried changing my McDonald’s stores all over Australia and it still works for me. Maybe if you change your MyMaccas app post code to a Gold Coast one today’s deal or tomorrow’s one will become available for you. Don’t know if it works but worth a shot as it’s available on both mine and my fiancées MyMaccas app.

You’re just around the corner from me! How odd that both me and my fiancée have these deal but others don’t. Last week I got a few emails from McDonald’s saying they were doing a two week deal promo with one new deal everyday, I got emails telling me about the deals which I don’t get anymore. In the emails it said it was for Gold Coast but since you don’t have it who knows!
Extremely odd, As I don't even receive promo emails from them only ever my order confirmations - lucky for you however!
Might try other family members emails and see if I get luck sometime 👍🏽
