    The cashback deal takes me to woolworths website, but if I select a wish gift card it then takes me to the everyday giftcard website and doesn't take off 5%

      Hi angelbaby. As stated on our Woolworths merchant page:

      Rewards are NOT payable when using any coupon code/s not listed on Cashrewards.

    • I guess you can hit $60 and use the coupon, but if you don't get the $10 cashback in the end, you can't really complain about it either. So perhaps it is better to save the coupon for your next order instead?

      Hi headphonejack. Unfortunately not on this occasion. As a new customer, you'd need to spend $100 to get $25 cashback.

        • hi guys, sorry, no $40 cash back for Woolworths in the nearest future. but you could combine this existing offer with 5% over $300, and it will be $25 + $15 = $40 + 55 from the gift card + free delivery (up to $11 savings) (or even more if you spend more…) haha…

    Do you have to pick up your order by Wednesday for this cashback to work? Or is it OK as long as order is placed by 11:55pm AEDT Wednesday?

      Hi keekster. The important criteria is that you order & pay for the groceries before 11:55pm Wednesday. You can pick up whenever you like :)

      Ok, just for everyone to know….I've just placed an order for pick up next Monday and I have just received an email confirmation of my cashback. So it doesn't matter when you pick up as long as you've placed by the order by 11:55pm AEDT Wednesday.

  • Hey tightarse, if the total is $50 but the shop reduces the order because some of the items are not in stock, do we still get this? Last few times when I go to collect my order, always few items are out of stock.

      As long as your initial payment is $50 or more, if an item is not delivered or available at time of click & collect due to stock issue (therefore dropping your order total below $50), cashback will still be honoured. Please note however if you cancel or return any item/s after the initial payment (therefore reducing the total below $50), cashback will be voided.

    how does this reward return customers? The new customer reward is better according to my maths?

    • My guess is that the objective is to bring on more business/capture more of the market by offering better deals to new customers, however still rewarding existing customers at the same time, you don't see that every day. As seen in the title, the previous cashback for existing customers was $1..

  • If you have registered for Paypal+Amex $20 cashback, you can also get additional $20 cashback if you spend $100 and pay by paypal using the registered Amex.

    • Just a word of warning.. if you've paid Woolies with Paypal previously it will have a preapproved agreement with Paypal to use that same credit card despite stating to use a different credit card within Paypal as your approved credit card. I just got burnt and missed out on 20% Amex cashback because I wasn't given option in the WOW checkout page to select the appropriate credit card. You have to go to Paypal settings > Payments > and then cancel the agreement.

  • Does anybody have trouble buying wish egift card through cashrewards? I've been trying to buy through cashrewards but was always unable to finish the payment at the end. I was trying to contact woolworths each time but I was waiting on the line for nearly more than half an hour so I gave up contacting Woolworths.

  • I made an order 1.45 today, had cashrewards activated , spent 90 bucks and to date no cashrewards email. Should have worked but alas nothing.I am an existing customer used PayPal to pay.

    • You could try your luck, but don't count on it - 'Rewards are NOT payable when using any coupon code/s not listed on Cashrewards.' (The google home mini coupon is not listed.)

    I placed an order on 21 Nov 2017 23.23 PM, amount $100, new woolies online customer. My delivery is scheduled for today, but I have not received any email about the cashback yet.
    What can I do?

      Notification: Rewards may take 7 days to be credited to your account. You will receive an email to advise your rewards are pending and awaiting confirmation.

        • Ask them to send you a gift card, the picking service is hopeless and they don't like to offer substitutes (even if they have other brands in stock)

      Hi. Can't contact you via PM as you have it turned off. Our system shows a ticket lodged for Woolworths around the time you posted this comment. Checking your acct, I notice that most clicks you make have AdBlock enabled. Are you aware that this is most likely the cause of your non-tracked (missing transaction)?

  • I have an issue with cashback as well and have lodged a claim as i have waited more than 7days, never had an issue before with cashrewards.
