      First thing I actually noticed, otherwise I wouldn't be this conflicted, I would've just bought immediately. But for a 32" TV that I'll likely put up in one of the other rooms, FHD is ideal but not all that essential.

        If you can spot the difference of media content on 32in TV @ 1080p vs 720p say at 2-3 metres, then you have the eyes of a ten year old or you have your hand on it.

        @BlinkyBill: That is not how resolving works. At only 2 or 3m a high bitrate Bluray will definitely be noticeable to anyone not requiring glasses to get around.
