  • Anyone reckon this would be a great option for Raspberry pi3?

Pulled this from the following Website in relation to a similar wireless keyboard.

"In terms of set-up – I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get going. It comes with a USB receiver that plugs into your Pi, which I expected would need some packages or code. Wrong – you just plug it in, turn on the remote, and it works out of the box. How? No idea, must be built into Raspbian/OpenELEC etc.
Using it is dead easy, the buttons give you good feedback (unlike the Yatse app being on a touch screen – you cant look away easily) and it’s very responsive – no lag or delay at all. There’s also a mouse pad which works well, with left/right mouse buttons."

      Hope it helps.

I haven't used this model, but I have used two other similar, and some things to consider depending on your use case… the ones that take batteries are a lot more robust. The lithium ion has to be plugged in, and the one I got had a dodgy connection for charging, rendering it useless. The second one I got, I believe "Mantis" brand, that took batteries did not interface well with my TV (Sony Bravia) whereas the previous cheaper one had relatively well programmed buttons for home, delete, return, etc. I do not know where to look for interoperability issues, but that was something interesting.
