      I'm still waiting too…just checked my tracking info on the LITB site and no updates since 30/11 when it apparently was processed through SUZHOU facility. Is this still normal timeframe or should I start to get worried?

      Haven't received the package as they sent it through an untracked service even though they charged me for a tracked service.I have applied for a refund through PayPal.

    Still waiting on mine. Supplied with a Tracking number, but has scanned through SUZHOU (CN) 3 times, and nothing since 31-Dec-17. Have contacted the seller, but they want me to wait until the 22nd of Jan. :-S

      Same here. Ordered 24 Nov. It's been scanned back and forth between Suzhou and Shanghai 3 times. Seller told me to wait until xx Dec, then xx Jan, all have passed and now said 'sorry for the inconvenience'. That's it, escalated through Paypal.

          They responded to my Paypal dispute last night, told me to wait until the 180th day. Until then, they can't (or won't) investigate the problem. Big LOL.

        I'm now at 6 'Processed through facility SUZHOU (CN)' and 2 'Received by overseas carrier CN-21526600, CHINA'. Have escalated to a claim as they said they'd follow it up after 60 days, only to ask me to wait an additional month after 60 days hit.

          I thought it had issues with Chinese customs. That would explains the trip back and forth, and multiple scans in one depot, but my package have no sign of being opened/inspected.

          I hope yours turn up soon!

    Mine landed in NZ yesterday and it was sent on 27 December not 25th November (as per "My Orders" page).
