        Yes I am using PC. After I added dafang camera and put A073CEAF2D in the coupon code section, it says "Sorry,your coupon code doesn't exist". Looks like it is expired already.

    All of my other online purchases from different sites have arrived (many placed after this) However this is my first time buying from Miniinthebox so not sure if this is normal or not?

          Thanks for the reply, just wanted to post an updated I got hold of the support team and they let me know the item was returned by Australian customs, they offered a reattempt on delivery or a refund… I asked them to try re-deliver and see how we go..

          I probably should have added too that they were quick to respond after I replied to the ticket.

          Have also opted to try redelivery. Fingers crossed.

          Seems strange that Aus customs would reject it though. I thought it was the flight that was the problem, and it's not like these are loose li-ion batteries. Once they've landed in Australia I can't see why they'd send em back.

          Maybe it was the packaging and/or labelling (and never actually left China)

      My other MITB/LITB orders have usually taken a little longer than others, but gone over 40 days now so came to see if anyone else received theirs.

      Just logged in to MITB to check the order number and see there is a ticket created 3/12/17 (didn't get any emails about it) saying package was returned to them by customs. Options given are refund or try to ship by another method with a 1 to 1.5 month wait (which would have been nice to know a month ago)
