Found these during the Frankie's Auto Electrics 1 day sale. Its the cheapest I've ever seen a set of brand new Pioneer speakers. They're at Supercheap Auto for $54.99 so the 'RRP' is a bit inflated but still a massive discount and a good deal nonetheless. Best way to save money on shipping with these is to buy with someone, since it's flat rate shipping, the more you buy in one transaction = better deal on shipping.

      I would assume so, it was in their catalogue on the front page so you'd think they'd have sufficient quantity - I guess not.

        There are Australian Consumer laws against advertising like that. Where items are featured for sale but suppler/seller doesnt have enough/reasonable stock levels

    I have gone through the Catalogue and they dont Mention limited stock or no rain checks
    Guessing someone can argue for them to backfill the order or take a raincheck

    Im not having a whinge about not getting a $7 speaker, my gripe is with Business advertising items and not having the stock to fill it
    Like mentioned earlier, bait advertising

      I'd be interested to see if the store rep explains what the hell went on, for all we know someone could've placed multiple orders of 30. However, I do personally think it was insufficient quantity because it was sold out not even 20 minutes after I posted the deal. And I agree with you, couldn't care less about missing out on a $7 set of speakers, it's the bait and switch that pisses me off
