Yep, definitely in-store. I went today and bought all the kiddies presents without knowing about the 20% discount.
Also worth noting that if you can find a LEGO Batman Movie Batwing in store, it is 50% off on clearance. Not sure if there's anything else marked down that much.

Yes in store as well, was surprised as I only went in with the kids to get the $5 barbie doll. Probably worth a trip to your local, they have piled on all the toys from their warehouse, shelves overflowing. Ended up with a basket full of soft toys.
