Piece of crap. For premium I expected much more.
Tent top lasted 3 months,
netting lasts about 10 months
Protective mat around the edge completely broken down in 10 months.

I bought a secondhand vuly 7 yrs ago. Still going strong with great after sales support even when i wasnt the first owner.
What kind of sales support did you get? I thought neither the warranty or half-price parts could be carried over to second-hand purchases.
General helpfulness with ordering parts. Sending out parts without payment until they arrive. No half price parts but i would suggest it never hurts to ask for a discount.
Our classic Vuly is fantastic, three years now from new.
- The netting is still perfect, despite kids constantly crashing into it.
- Protective mat is mostly fine, except at entry where it gets hammered.
- Matt is great, apart from fading of graphics/text.
Ours came with a full tent. It's apparently not designed to stay out in the weather for extended periods, so we've avoided that.
A great trampoline that easily takes the advertised 150kg total load.
I can't speak for their non-traditional designs (Thunder etc). I haven't heard great things about the durability, and that's reflected in the shorter warranty provided to those products.

I bought it on a promo and didn't build it till I bought a house 9 mths later. Maybe put it up about 12mths after buying.

Love our 12ft Thunder purchased from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/283588 last year. Had a replacement shade cover sent ( no charge ) under warranty when a tree branch went through the first one.
Same deal here (at least for the few models I checked) but runs for another 3 days. Also offers Paypal and doesn't seem to pass on the 1.9% credit card surcharge Vuly does.
