You'd think they'd add rocket league

    • +6

And their most fun game of all, Micro Machines.

    • +2

You'd think they'd add need for speed payback

    • Thats not even from codemasters

    • +5

      Thanks for the chuckle.

      Username checks out.

  • This is brilliant thanks.

  • Damn was just about to post this haha.

    Where's TOCA and TOCA 2?!

    • +1

Pre 2000 games. They would look pretty rough now :-P

A quick google it doesn't look like they have ever seen a digital release

      • My comment was mostly in jest, but interesting they've never shown up digitally. Maybe I need to annoy GoG about it. I've still got my old CDs somewhere.

        • +2

I'll never understand why they do not get this off the shelf, polish it up to modern standards, license it (probably the reason???) and release a new version. Toca 2 was THE greatest racing SIM.

British Touring car SIM - too much fun.

        • +1

@Hotchips: Yeah, it's so argy-bargy. TOCA 2 was great. Grand Prix Legends was the hardcore sim of the era, though IMO. Graphics mod it and all that and it's still awesome today. No racing game has better captured the feeling of being right on the limit the whole time.

Bought the basic. Ill see what they add on Dec 6 before seeing if it is worth the BTA.

    • +9

That won't work on this bundle - it's got it in small writing near the bottom. Should be a much bigger warning.

ATTENTION: You will not be able to add money to unlock additional content after your initial purchase.

OP, might be a good idea to add that to the deal so people are aware

Edit: Actually, from my understanding you'll only be out a dollar. It's the people who pay for the Tier 2 wanting to upgrade to Tier 3 that will lose out with this clause

The Codemasters driving games are great but I can't imagine enjoying 9 different F1 games, just play the most recent one.

  • Hang on how does this place work again?

If I beat the average am I getting a Dirt 4 license?

Because when I click Dirt 4 it says 60% off coupon for Dirt 4 … confuzzled.

    • +2

Yeah it looks like the actual Dirt 4 game isn't in this bundle and you'd have to buy separately. Interesting that!

    • Only the DLC for Dirt 4 is included. The game itself is not.

    • +1

Dirt 4 is currently 60% off on steam

      • +1

I saw that too and was wondering whether you get another 60% off the already discounted price?

        • +1

Take 60% off your purchase of Dirt 4 at the Humble store!

No, only valid at Humble Store.

        • @Doge:
          thanks

        • @Doge: Do you know how long the code lasts for? Could you wait for a sale to use it?

        • +1

          @duckduckfrog:

Offer must be redeemed before January 19th, 2018.

You could try christmas/new years sales but I wouldn't hold my breath.

  • How does the "More content coming on 6th of December" works?
It says "More games will be added to this bundle next Tuesday at 11:00 p.m. Pacific time!
If you pay more than the average price when you purchase the bundle, you'll automatically receive the additional games once they're revealed!"

Like if we buy the bundle now, are we going to automatically get the "more content" on the 6th?
or should I just wait until the 6th before buying the bundle?

    • Yes, that's the idea. If you buy the bundle now, you get the extra content on the 6th. You can wait until the content is revealed to decide if you want to buy the bundle then, but the risk is that the average price goes up by then - which means you could be paying more for it. In theory the average could also go down…

      • havent really seen the average price go down unless its due to some really big payments right at the start of the bundle release. With the removal of the $1 buy now and get access to more games later trick by adding funds, its even more unlikely.

        • Yeah I don't follow each bundle, so couldn't say for certain if it's every gone down. I don't imagine it would often, if it ever did!

      • Ahh, thanks for the explanation.
hard to decide whether to just buy or not, got plenty of games on the library already! LOL

  • What happened to F1 2013?

    • Licensing issues with some of the classic cars I believe, so they removed it

      • yeah I noticed it was removed from steam the other day too

  • Do the 40% off etc. codes last long? Could I wait for a sale on the games to use them?

  • Of interest: Dirt Rally was previously $12 at Humble Bundle.

  • +2

I got the $15 pack, only using dirt rally, grid 2, F1 2016 and F1 race stars

If anyone wants codes for anything else I'm happy to give them out.

    • I want F1 2015 or Micromachines :D

      I like F1 games :)

    • Also PMed

    • Thanks mate.

    • Thanks~

  • only interested in F1 2016 and F1 race stars…
anyone buying this bundle and already have those games i'd appreciate the key? :)

otherwise i'd wait for the 6th dec/to see whats added - then decide if to pull the trigger then

  • I wonder when HB will support Australian charities, if ever :(

    • email them.

  • The new added games are Grid Autosport and season pass.
Anyone interested in selling or trading these to me?

  • Will all there racing games work on Steamlink with controller?
