So, what is the catch with this CLEARANCE stock?
"CLEARANCE" goods are those which from time to time may have been over purchased and retail trade partners were unable to take the extra inventory for their promotion/s; a special deal was organised with suppliers but the quantity was not enough to distribute through retailer channel; the retailer may have returned stock that hasn’t sold through in a set period of time (called stock rotation).

Such stock may have retailer security tape or markings still on the packaging for example and perhaps some slight soiling and/or marks on the packaging; the major proportion of goods have been unused and unopened, however some may have minor blemishes on the actual product even though the utmost of care has been taken during processing. These products come with full 90 day LASER warranty from the date of invoice and full accessories.

  • Anyone used one of these? Want to know how laggy they are and if they have plex? Thanks

    • You'd be better off jumping on one of the newer android tv boxes that have been posted recently. At least they are running over android 4.4.. extremely outdated OS.

Bahahahah Android 4.4? 90 days warranty? RUBBISH

    Usually $200? :-/

Find me the punter who dropped 2 hundreds on that as I've got some shares in the Harbour Bridge I can let him have super cheap. ;-)

    • Would explain why they have been rotated back from the retailer. Not enough stupid people.

  • Android 4.4? Wow.

  • What's KitKat?

    • A 4 year old release of Android from 2013.

    Sweet paper weight

Hardly a deal, can get better quality similar units with more up to date software from basically any Chinese seller, for half the price…

  • Android 4.4. No.
If your favorite app happens to actually run, it won't be long before an update removed 4.4 compatibility.

  • Old version of Android is one issue. The S812 chipset is a bigger issue. You could bung LibreElec on there probably, but I'm not sure it's still under development for that chipset. It wouldn't be as capable as one of the newer chipsets anyway. Apart from all that, way overpriced.

  • I’m feeling sorry for the OS, should’ve enjoying retirement life yet still getting abused late 2017

  • KitKat this deal is whacked.
