I've been looking for a monitor to go along with my new PC, and this looks like a good deal.
My only concern is that the refresh rate isn't great (for gaming) but if there's any other 1440P monitor that's viable for gaming in this price range please let me know!

Yes, definitely a downside, but high refresh rate 1440P monitors are pretty bloody expensive!

Curved screen may be a downside for those trying to do work on it, excell spreadsheets looks curved too and word docs have letters distorted
Watching movies and gaming however is nice on curved screeen
No VESA mount compatibility with this one, and apparently the stand doesn't offer much in the way of adjustments.

Yes, price has definitely gone up unfortunately. It was listed at $508 last week, then the 15% took it down to $433.
