        Should have shown $10 credit at top of app after redeeming & adding CC. Downloading the app & registering wasn't enough to receive credit.

          It was all activated with CC and redemption. They must've removed it later when it went over the limit and reset it to $5.

        Just checked their fb comments and it seems you were supposed to redeem the $10 credit in order for it to be added to your account… glad that was clear!

      Mine too. Didn’t want to give credit card details yesterday to redeem. Now it becomes $5 credits. Damn.

      You clicked Redeem & added CC to activate $10 credit? That should have locked in $10 - shown at top of app as others said in deal. Some said they refused to give their CC - which meant no $10 as I commented.
      Still $10 in my app. Free ice cream today🍦

    Lol it'll cost me more than $5 in petrol/public transport alone to get to Circular Quay. They don't seem to have that many around besides the CBD.

    Not only has our credit decreased from $10 to $5 overnight but we also discovered that only the Camberwell store accepts the app. Don’t bother wasting your time driving to Moorabbin or Dandenong

    Hello all…. Long time lurker who finally joined so don't be suspicious lol. But FYI I sent a pretty angry complaint via the app in regards to having a Credit but not being unable to use it since it seems every store in WA does not seem to be able accept the app payment. Surprisingly I got a call back from Baskin Robbins and an apology and was emailed another voucher code which will give me another 2 weeks to redeem the credit. Something to try if you cant redeem it within the 2 weeks.
