  • "please be gentle, it's my first time"

People are definitely going to be gentle when they hear that

    • Lol barb wire condoms for sure rofl

  • FYI 16-18-18-35 Latency
    Quite loose timings .

    • What does it mean? lol

      • The virgin poster's measurement. "Please be gentle, this is my first time and I am a loose 16-18-18-35."

    what a rip off… when ddr3 came out, i bought 4 corsair performance stick for 125 (4x 4gb each)

anyone on ozbargain should still be using ddr3 rigs due to current pricing.

    • I wouldn't use DDR3 in a new build, but I agree your point about pricing. I paid this sort of cash for 32GB of DDR3 5 years ago and thought it was expensive then…

It is cheap, but it is also quite slow. Someone has already pointed out the timings here.

It's a reliable brand though. Not quite a spectacular deal, but definitely worth considering. For those after a gaming rig it might be better to get a very fast and tight set of 8GB memory.

  • Looks like the lowest price available. However, I just clicked the link, and the price shows as $295.99. Maybe it was an error and they corrected it?

However, their white LED memory is listed as $227.98, which is about as cheap as the one you posted:

  • Thanks to Sam above - red one was higher price but I got the white one which seemed like a good buy.

  • looks like it must have been a pricing error, pricing has been updated on the website.
    thanks for the feedback guys
