I've had only great experiences with their shipping and service. I've bought 4 phones from there and got a free Nexus 5X replacement 9 months after purchasing it due to it bootlooping.

Just look at productreview.com.au to see the raft of customer complaints re Kogan.
Also I have recently taken delivery of this camera via Kogan Hong Kong & rest assured it was a slow delivery of approximately two weeks from order placement.
My original suggestion that this is not a good price for the International version holds true.
Relying on Kogan when things go wrong as they sometimes do should be a consideration, especially when you are paying substantially more than the current pricing on ebay for the international version.
Dun they only use these things @ dance partees n stuf
Probably not at evening dance parties as the videos or photos taken become extremely grainy if the light in the room is even a little bit low.
This particular camera needs to be used outdoors during daylight hours for best results.

Basically you can not adjust any settings on camera, all settings are adjusted via phone app.
This is a dumb camera with poor default out of box settings that even when adjusted via phone app don't really compare well to most pocket cameras in regards to image quality.The link below has the settings suggested on the Samsung Gear 360 2017 support thread

It's not you. To put it bluntly the 2017 Gear 360 is a piece of c**p. The photo quality is abysmal. Had I known it would be this bad I would NEVER have purchased it. Very very very disappointed.Tags (5)

This is unfortunately no cheaper than anyone else selling the international one, just as a heads up to anyone looking to buy.
Also Kogans Hong Kong shipping takes forever, which is where this particular item will come from along with Kogan's poor customer service you might like to look else where too.
For price comparison only a quick google search shows the international version on sale for just $184 AUD….

Also on ebay.com their are a lot of these new cameras going really cheap.
My camera is the international version & to be honest the test video & two photos I took gave very poor image quality results.
Wish I had read up on the latest reviews suggesting image quality has gone backwards compared to earlier model.
