    They have the worst customer support call centre. Promised everything and then none of them gets done.

    same with any card you get? I've applied for 7 this year and only amex has sent the points on time. Coles took about 1 month

    Yeah same here, if you click on the link from the ozbargain picture, it'll take you to the page where it shows 30,000 points - but if u go to the coles MC main website, it doesn't show anything (not that I can find anyway)

  Received my card today.
  Did apply before the due date but no 30,000 bonus points to be seen.

  Do I need to call customer support to follow up or will they just add the points later on?

  BTW, how does the '$100 off a single Coles Supermarket shop' work?

  They seem to have removed the information about these 2 bonuses from the website

    Most probably you have to spend within 30 days and they will credit 30k points to your flybuys account. Please find the new t&c below:

    • New customers who apply and are approved for a Coles Credit Card between 5 January 2018 and 31 January 2018 and make a purchase (excludes cash advances and cash equivalents) within 30 days of card approval will be credited 20,000 BONUS POINTS to the flybuys account linked to that credit card within 2 weeks of that first purchase. You have been specifically selected for this offer and it is not transferable. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is not available when closing/transferring from another Coles Credit Card.

  Doesn't matter. The offer depends at the time your card was approved. Give them a call and they will fix it for you. Cheers
