There's nothing on the site that lets you sign up. Order button just goes to normal store. I'd say it's targeted.
I think you've just got to sign up on their mailing list to become a vip. The emails will come from [email protected]. Sign up with button on first step of ordering page.

Thinking of getting one of their "Premium" pizzas? Don't bother. It's smaller than a traditional and costs more. I usually get a supreme using a $7.95 code and adjust toppings to suit. Tonight I tried a premium with a 40% off voucher I received, plus a 'free premium upgrade' code found online. Total = $9.95… I'd hate to think what it cost without the two discounts - and you get less pizza.
