Tbh though still very happy overall. It works and the picture is good.
Kogan tv's arevery poor quality with well known major issues when using HDMI ARC & CEC & customer service even worse…..

If you are satisfied with a product you may not be keen to share your experience on some public forum. However, if you are sick of a product or service provider then you may do the inverse. From statistics point of view, what you see on that forum is biased sampling.
True, I can't remember the last time I jumped on a review website, tracked down a product and wrote a positive review, unless I was being paid to do it or being offered entry into a competition. However, I can remember writing negative reviews without being prompted.

But Kogan TV's are low quality, it's cheap for a reason. I mean there's nothing wrong with that, just saying.. you get what you pay for.
From what I have personally experienced of Kogan TV, out of box failure to work under HDMI arc (it would appear to be a known issue Kogan tv over various models) & their poor customer support I consider their low rating of 2.5stars out of a possible 5stars for their 4K tvs to be accurate.
Not a bargain.
