Just asking, I thought fresh roasted beans last 10-14 days from roast date before losing the optimum in flavour/aroma etc from your beans.
How can anyone go through 2 Kilos of coffee before it goes stale?
I like my coffee beans fresh & I would hate to use beans once they get much past 14 days old.
Guests or a large family? When my parents, brother and sister come and visit we definitely go through about 1kg a week
How about freezing them?
