The usual price at the Toolswarehouse is $149, ebay has them listed for $200.
Bunnings sells the much smaller Dremel 3000-2/30 kit for $128 so this seems like a very good deal.

      It depends who you ask. Everybody seems to agree that the Ozito accessories are rubbish. However, the discussion regarding the tool itself is "interesting", some swear that the Ozito tool is absolute rubbish, some swear it is just as good as the Dremel tool. I never used any of them myself so I cannot compare.

      The Ozito tool is also missing 2 attachments that are included with the Dremel.

      By the way, the price difference (or being better as you called is) is 2.5x and not "near 3x higher". Call me picky but you are rounding the Dremel price up by $20 (i.e. 20% of the purchase price) which is not a fair comparison.

      Bunnings does not have the same kit, not sure how the price matching will work. Having said that their smaller kit is cheaper than this one so you may be able to get the price down on that.
