Xiaomi ZMI Power Bank 20000mAh US $37.99/AU $50.50 w/ Free Priority Ship @ GearBest

I like many others ordered this powerbank last time (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/345809) to great excitement from lightinthebox only to be sadly disappointed when they not only failed to deliver but wouldn't even refund the full amount including the insurance that I forgot to unclick. So I decided to ask the Gear Best rep if they could do me a deal on it since I've had great experience with their priority shipping of powerbanks in the past. They really came through and did me a solid with this great deal and gave me an even better price than the previous deal! This is a great unit that comes with USB-PD charging making it ideal for iphone 8 and X and Nintendo Switch users.Sharing is caring, so I have posted the coupon up for the rest of the Ozbargain community to make use of. Thanks again to the rep!

Comes with free priority express shipping. As always with Gear best pay in USD for a better price if you have free currency conversion on your card. Unfortunately this coupon is only limited to 20 uses so good luck to whoever sees this in time!

    Not enough quantity.

Sorry mate but 20 codes was all I was given. I was kind enough to share what I had rather than keep it to myself and it was a good deal so I don't appreciate the neg. It's clearly a difficult unit to get specials on otherwise the rep would have given me more.

Your slow is not his problem. Sharing bargain doesn't deserve a neg.

    • For the neggers, the point of "insufficient quantity" being a problem is to avoid getting front page attention for a limited bargain that isn't really available to 99% of people who will click the link. 20 units considering how many were seemingly sold in the LightInTheBox BS-athon is cheap advertising - not what this site is supposed to promote.

      • I don't even know what you are suggesting as an alternative then. Being greedy and keeping it to myself or posting it in the forums where only forum posters would see it? It doesn't even go on the main deals page unless it gets over 20 votes. Insufficient quantity is if there is only like 3 or 4 available. I posted it because if someone else had the codes and shared it I would appreciate the chance even if I didn't get there in time.

"lightinthebox only to be sadly disappointed when they not only failed to deliver but wouldn't even refund the full amount "

Really? They did this? That's not cool. Not cool at all.

    • +3

Yeah really disappointed. Even though they failed to ship the product they want to still charge me an insurance fee. I've submitted a paypal dispute so fingers crossed. Not a good look.

      • +2

Hope the dispute goes your way. Hate it when things like this happens. Feel so ripped off that the money (sometimes) issue becomes incidental.

        • +2

Yeah I definitely feel the same way. It's only like 1 or 2 USD but that's not the point. I feel scammed.

How can you discuss lightinthebox in gearbest's post. I was complaining about banggood has my order for three months in geekbuying's post then my commend got banned.

  • +1

Unfortunately my order with lightinthebox was also cancelled without notice even though I paid for express delivery and had been waiting for close to 2 months.

Supposedly, this battery pack was rejected by customs. Anyone else able to bring this in successfully?

    • +2

Yeah I did, mine from GB came thru without any hassles.

That being said, after a stellar no-missing-packages honeymoon period, I now have a few packages arriving, missing almost half the items from the order.

My order was cancelled too because of customs but was given a refund. This was nearly 2 weeks ago i think.

Mine is in Australia… Came to Richmond then back to Sunshine West…
