  • cannot open ebay atm!??

    • No problem on my end. Still able to browse on eBay

  • Does it run stock Android?

    • +1

      Nope, EMUI

    • Haha, not even close. Pretty much as far as you can get from stock android actually.

      • -1

Sigh… a deal breaker for me.

        • Why? There are no phones that run stock. Closest is pixel phones.

        • @OnlinePred: oneplus run close but not stock

Edit: ive got the honor 7x and am fine with emui

        • @Jonski: yea I had pixel and I am not a fan of stocks limited functionality. Amy other phone does more software wise.

        • @OnlinePred:

I change phones rather often and I like consistent UI experience across them all. The only major non-stock, non-google piece of UI software I install everywhere is Microsoft Launcher which is IMO excellent.

Correct if I'm wrong but would this be grey stock shipped from AU? I thought the au stock doesn't have dual SIM.

    • -1

i think you are correct and OP is wrong

    • +4

no, only the Optus ones don't have dual sim

The mobitici AU stock ones are dual sim as well

      • +1

good on ya sk! spot on

      • How about the JB HIFI one, doesn't have dual sim either from the look of it.

        • not sure, next time I'm there I'll play with the demo phone and check out the settings see if there's sim 2 options

        • +3

I got mine from JB and it's dual sim.

    • This is indeed Australian Stock with Local Australian Warranty from Huawei

      • Righto

  • This phone is too fat. LOL.

    • I don't get it…

      • +1

        Pretty Hot And Tempting.

  • I bought one from Amaysim Ebay store for 720 bux last night. Not local stock though.

    • That's a good price. I think it's sold out now

  • +1

Any good deals for Galaxy S8 Plus OZ stock? Missed last one from Good guys at $853!!! Thanks

  • Got one last eBay deal. Ripper phone

  • Will this ever get to sub $600 post gst refund?

    • +3

Yes, when the price drops below $666.66 incl. GST

      • +2

        It's actually $660 incl gst.
Trs is 1/11th of total price.

        • +3

It's actually $659.99 to make it 'sub' $600.

  • One think punters may find helps comparisons is that this version [non-pro] has a normal earphone socket…

    • +1

And a higher screen resolution too

  • Cash rewards link not working?

  • I purchased a P10 Plus, very similar but slightly different specs. Very similar to a S8 in size, but feels very wide to hold.

Happy with Huwawei at the moment as I wasn't prepared to pay a Premium price for a HTC built Google Pixel 2, and I'm coming from 5 years of HTC phones.

Very capable phones for a budget compared to "Premium" branded phones (Samsung, Google, Apple).

    • What made you choose p10 plus over mate 10/pro?

    • +1

The pixel 2 aus pricing is a f'n joke.

  • Seriously thinking about it, got SD card slot plus 3.5mm vs mate pro which doesn't have it.

  • +1

Pulled the trigger after my current phone shit itself today. Thanks OP!

    • Curious. What fone do u have which shit itself. And how

      • Xperia Z3. Screen has become unresponsive. Difficult to scroll, type etc. Funny part is, it did not even fall anywhere!

        • Ah nice. How long did u have it for?
          Btw ty for replying

        • @Jonski:

Mid 2015. My S4 is still going strong though but is primarily being used for home automation.
